Are you ready for the 2008 Racing Season??
I think the #8 got alittle of the racin' fever over the weekend!! We had the track employee meeting in Algona and found a few new things comin' up for the Fairmont track!
Sounds like the 360's will be going 12 laps instead of 10 in the feature! And since the car count is up in Fairmont, the Stock Cars will be going 20 laps instead of 15 in the feature. And...Fairmont has a new flag man - - RON POPE!! Welcome aboard Ron! Ron has raced for years and it will be nice to have his perspective in the flagman's nest!!!
So...April 4th is our first night of racing and the Sathoff boys are going to have to kick it into high gear to get the job done by the first night! Something they are VERY accustomed to! I think these boys go 90 mph all the time!
Not sure whether the ole' Pro is coming out or the B&B...Mark and "Buzz" have to talk about that one!
